This gives you, the customer, the right to use our copyrighted material - intellectual property without the need to pay royalties or license fees for each use, per each copy or volume sold or some time period of use or sales.

However, although you are not required to pay royalties, if you place a record using our samples on a major label or by a major artist you are required to give co-production credit to Wax Cartel.

No sounds are to be repurposed or resold
